Bookshelves, for sure. Also just one thing i would have done different is to put liquid nails between that luan and the faux brick. Also, maybe add a hearth? Im doing this exact thing and im going all in with a hearth, and even a firebox screen (i got the fireplace that looks like a deep set fire, rather than the blue flame look). Well done 😊

Maybe a bad potato in your pantry that happened in our house once, and the smell is horrendous.

We all do it and have it CLUTTER! We impulse shop spend hundreds to thousands than throw it all away! I'm done doing that. I don't think they make front load washers with agitators, so you may have to do side by side if you need the agitator.

They say if you can have some sort of a waterfall feature something that aerates the water and throws it back in the pool should really cool down your water by a few degrees your husband‘s handy-dandy maybe he can think of something or do a little research on other people that have done something like that to keep your pool water cooler, hope this helps

Karrie, I would section out one end of your building with a wall that is dedicated to your w/d and your office- just 1 wall. I am a big fan of the Samsung Bespoke Laundry Tower, after doing laundry for our 41 year marriage, stackables are space and water efficient (I use a step stool to get to the very back of the dryer and it doesn’t bother me). Then, on the other side of the wall you can use it as your “screen” for your projector (our son put a WiFi/bluetooth ceiling projector, they stream everything with this, in their home and painted the wall in a gray for the “screen). The insulation foam boards are wonderful! We live in the high mountains of Colorado and when we remodeled an addition we used the boards and it works well for the extreme winter temps of -20 to 32F and the 85-95F temps of summer. Take your time and pay cash to finish your building the way you want it.

So when we were in Valdosta and had iur pool we took coke bottles and filled them with water and would put them in yhe freezer yhen would just add them to the pool when we had company over to help keep it cooler
